DMCA Policy

Élections Municipales 2026 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Élections Municipales 2026 website, please notify us by submitting a DMCA notice as described below.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

To file a DMCA notice with us, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following elements (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA to confirm these requirements):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Élections Municipales 2026 website (e.g., a specific URL or clear description that allows us to locate the material).
  3. Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following elements (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA to confirm these requirements):

  • Identification of the removed material: A specific description of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location (URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Élections Municipales 2026 may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
